Packages sometimes get lost. If the order is already past the expected timeframe AND tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 days, please reach out to the team at shop@moonnude.com.

Making a return is easy! Here's what you need to do:

1. Within 30 days of receiving your order, send an email to shop@moonnude.com indicating that you want to exchange one or more products.
2. Our team will provide you with return instructions.
